JOY RETREAT 💝🤗

 

September 25th, 26th, and 27th (and you can stay on the 28th if you wish)

 

Do you feel connected to the joy of living?

 

Do you feel like you’ve been losing the ability to have fun?

 

Do you want to feel the joy of being alive again—simply for the sake of it?

 

Do you feel like you’ve lost your sense of wonder?

 

As the years go by—given our current way of life and what we see happening in the world—it is not uncommon to lose that sense of wonder and innocence. People's mental and emotional health has been rapidly declining in recent years. Among other factors, constant technology use is disconnecting us from ourselves, from others, and from our humanity.

 

It is urgent that we reclaim our joy—the joy that is our true nature and that we brought with us into this incarnation. To achieve this, we simply need to connect with the heart of the child within us—a heart we have buried under ego-driven beliefs that have gradually dimmed its light.

 

To maintain that connection in our lives, we need a few simple tools and some key realizations; this will allow us to live with Trust in Life. After all, what separates us from our joy is mistrust and fear—things we all carry within us to some degree.

 

We don't need therapy. We simply need to open our minds and hearts to the possibility that everything can be far more beautiful and loving than our ego—in its eagerness to protect us from unreal dangers—would have us believe.

 

When we let go of our attachment to certain beliefs, we can feel the magic of Life—and the magic of who we truly are. It is much simpler than we might think. Becoming aware of the true magnitude of our being greatly aids this process, allowing us to gain perspective and distinguish what is important or sacred from what is not.

 

We came here to play a game and to experience life, starting from a place of forgetting who we are. So, let’s play!!!! But let's also remember 😉...

 

And let's remind our bodies that we still know how to play and have fun 😁

 

The ideal state for a human being is to keep their childlike heart alive and pure, while simultaneously expanding their consciousness as much as possible.

 

Experiencing joy regularly brings immense mental and physical health benefits; it makes life feel lighter and brighter, attracting more positive events as we walk hand-in-hand with Life, able to create and manifest better things for ourselves.

 

Manifesting requires feeling, imagining, dreaming, and trusting—and that can only be achieved from a pure heart.

 

We can all cleanse ourselves of whatever separates us from the magic 🤗.

 

Three intense days in nature to shed the weight we carry and recharge our energy 💓

 

You’ll return home rejuvenated and with renewed strength 🤗, with new plans for yourself and your life 💓. You’ll take with you laughter, beautiful shared moments, and—above all—much greater awareness and confidence 🙏.

 

Arrival: Friday the 25th, starting at 1:00 pm.

We’ll set up tents or camper vans.

At 5:00 pm, we’ll have introductions and do some exercises/games.

We’ll cook and have dinner, followed by conversation and meditation in the cave 🤗

 

Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th:

 

All-day activities in the circus tent and out in nature, including exercises, games, meditations, and talks. We’ll cook and eat as a group; if it’s hot, we can take a dip in the pool; and on Saturday night, we’ll have a "My Alter Ego" costume party.

 

The retreat officially ends on Sunday afternoon; you can leave then or stay an extra night. If you stay, the next morning will include a group recap, a swim, walks... and we’ll say our goodbyes after lunch 🤗💝

 

Price: €150 from Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon.

If you stay until Monday, it’s €180.

Participants bring their own food to share with the group (you can go shopping on Friday afternoon or bring food from home). The accommodation is rustic; you can sleep in a tent, under the stars, or in your camper van (or stay somewhere nearby).

 

There is a composting toilet, outdoor showers, a swimming pool, a kitchen, a large circus tent, and a beautiful, peaceful cave where we’ll eat, chat, and relax 💓
